Trung Nguyen Espresso
This whole bean espresso is a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans and is extraordinarily flavorful. They produce a wonderful aroma when ground, and perform perfectly in all espresso machines. They have long, lingering flavor and great complex tones that provide a perfect base for espresso-based drinks, cappuccinos, etc. A memoir published in 2009 by a famous Italian consultant to the coffee industry noted that the long-time secret to adding rich crema and smooth mouthfeel to Italian espressos was sourcing highland Robusta from Vietnam.
