This collection of our own coffees is perfect for the discerning coffee drinker, as well as being very accessable for anyone new to Southeast Asian coffees. These coffees represent a broad range of what Southeast Asia has to offer; the particular sources we have chosen to use are the highest quality, pure, and, most importantly, absolutely delicious.

Vietnamese Dalat Highlands Bourbon Arabica Blend - Indochine Estates grows a special heirloom species of Arabica called Bourbon Arabica, trees which have been pampered on their family estate farms for multiple generations. These beans have a delicious buttery caramel taste that is very distinct, and a wonderful 'classic coffee' aroma that fill the kitchen with that scent we love. We then blended in about 20% Dalat Robusta peaberries to give the coffee amazing body and fullness. Key notes: Caramel, butter, milk chocolate, "classic coffee" aroma.

Bantai Blend - This combination of Liberica and shade-grown Robusta represents the very best of the Philippines. Liberica is the fourth species of coffee, only now recovering from near-extinction and still the rarest type. Its earthy taste and incredible aroma make it a must-try for any coffee lover. The Robusta, meanwhile, is very special: grown at high altitude under the shade of old-growth jungle, it will shatter all expectations with its depth and complexity. Low acidity and no bitterness make it easy to drink, too. Bantai is a coffee company that employs indigenous peoples to harvest the beans from wild trees growing in the national forest preserves of the Philippines, and supports local conservation efforts.

LenBerica - Named for Len, our owner, this popular blend of Liberica and Sumatra Lintong Arabica is intensely aromatic. Lintong is a variety of Arabica that is special for the unique geographical area of its growing region as well as for the unique three-stage drying process that "cures" the bean. Lintong is rare to begin with, and really good Lintong is even harder to find; this is because it must be roasted with a light touch to really bring out the best. The Liberica in this blend is the same as that in the Bantai Blend.

Thai Arabica Blend - Thai coffee is unique for its spicy, floral aroma, often imitated but never duplicated. It is served the same way as Vietnamese coffee, but is roasted lighter and dryer. We blend our Thai-grown Arabica Typica with Vietnamese Excelsa and Robusta to improve the body and add a lingering richness that pure Thai coffee lacks, creating a blend that is more than the sum of its parts. Key notes: Spicy, floral aroma; smooth, delicate taste.
